Fall/Winter Wish List

Fall is approaching and no one is as happy as I am! 

 Hey Darlings, I pray you had an amazing summer however, I’m hot and over it. I’ve started to prep my family’s Fall/Winter mood boards. What the Bible says, “Write it down, make it plain.” Amen! 

 Today we’re focusing on Momma’s wardrobe wish list. These are some things I would love to own or have already started collecting for the best season ever! 

 Loafers 

  I just really find this kind of footwear to be so versatile and very elegant. Dressing them up or down will be my favorite part of wearing these shoes this Fall. Owning a few pair of loafers let me know you’re about your business and I’m about my business. My goal is to find two pairs, a black and a brown. 

Yellow Rain Boots 

 One of my favorite times in the Fall is when it rains. The warm tone colors of the fallen leaves being soaked with the cool rain water just gives me chills thinking about it. With this being said, yellow rain boots. The socks peeking at the top, the pop of color with mono-tone outfits, vibes it will bring to the fits. I can’t wait OMG!

Belts 

 My husband said belts are the accessories that immediately elevate your outfit so I need me a view. I did some research and I think I fell in love with the Kelly belt by Hermes and I want it in a few colors. If not, I’ll settle for the Amazon versions. 

Very Long Fur Coat

 I recently visited a vintage pop up rack in SoHo. The vendor sold all types of coats and winter gear. She mentioned to me that she also offers fur coats for reasonable prices. I had to get her Instagram because it is a fashion dream of mine to own a fur coat, especially the really long ones that screams Mob wife even though I’m a Woman of God. I’m can just imagine picking up MJ from the 1st grade in my fur coat this winter! Definitely a chic mom, a fly mom. 

Vintage 

 I would definitely say that pop up rack inspired my vintage fashion era. I want to step into looking old money and not the modern old money but the old vintage, one of one or one of few type of old money. I am looking into more thrifting and pre-loved items. This I’m so excited for!

This winter will showcase the shift in my style and by God’s grace and mercy I’ll be able to execute the vision for not just myself but the kids and my husband as well too. I’ll be adding more to my wish list and I’m going to start a Darling Closet where I showcase all the new and latest items I’ve picked up with links of accessible.
