Cut It Awffff!

Hey Darlings, today I just decided to chop this hair. *eye twitch* Not that I wanted to but I was left with no choice since I am suffering from postpartum hair loss. Edges? Gone, middle to my hair? Broken. Over all health? THIN and DRY! 

 I was in the shower when I brushed my hair after a wash session and saw how much hair kept coming out and just decided to do the big chop. Considering the fact that I’ve been doing big chops since senior year of high school, this isn’t so much of a big deal but it kinda is. I decided while I was pregnant that I wanted to start my hair growth journey again but that ended today. 

  So here I am with a homemade pixie cut and the urge to bawl my eyes out. It was either I crashed out or cut it off… Here we are, Caesar Cut Danielle.  

Milani At Grandma’s 

 MJ decided that she wants to spend the weekend at grandma’s house because she needs a break. A break from what exactly? I don’t know but as I’m writing this paragraph my mom is on her way. 

 Milani has been home with me the entire summer so the thought of her not being home for the weekend is kinda making me super down. I know she’s going to be safe and have the best time at my mom’s but I’m gonna miss my baby. I wonder how Marlee is going to deal with big sissy not being home for the weekend. 

 I’m so ready for Sunday to get here so I can have my girl back with us. I prayed with her and I know she’ll have a blast. 

New In The Mail 

 My Merit Beauty Glow Skin Face Serum came today along with their signature makeup bag. Honestly I was so excited for this little cute tie bag. I immediately opened my package and filmed some content because I’ll be using this as a purse at some point. It’s too cute.

 After my shower today I used the Glow Skin and I LOVE how it feels on my skin and how it makes me look especially with this tan. An absolute repurchase and definitely in the larger size. I’m so excited to grow my Merit makeup collection this fall/winter. 

Nail Choice

 So my nails are all off now. It’s been two weeks already. Though I loved my last set, I want to visit another salon. The retention on that set was poor. They started looking untidy very quickly and being that I have to look at my nails everyday I need my sets to be neat for two weeks or more. 

 One nail started popping off so I just took them all off. What I didn’t like is that they all came off with ease. NOT OKAY. I’m going to do my research and find another salon by me and give them a try soon. In the mean time, here are some inspiration nails I’ve been thinking about.
